Stay strong. Stay confident. Stay independent.
Stay strong. Stay confident. Stay independent.
Our Ageing Well Program is designed to help older adults better understand their health, build confidence in movement and learn practical strategies to stay active and independent.
Led by our Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy team, this supportive program combines education, practical activities and movement to help you feel more confident managing your health and everyday life.
We have partnered with Marion Council and local GP clinics to deliver this program to the community. This is an education program to improve your understanding of Healthy Ageing and share our evidence informed process.
