Our Story
allied health care built around people and their communities.
allied health care built around people and their communities.
My Community Physio began with a simple goal: to make high-quality physiotherapy more accessible to people who may not always be able to access traditional clinic-based care.
What began with telehealth and community physiotherapy has grown into a multidisciplinary allied health team providing Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy across Adelaide.
Today, My Community Physio & My Community OT support children, adults and older people through a combination of clinic-based, home, community and telehealth services.
Care that fits into everyday life.
We believe allied health care should be practical, collaborative and centred around what matters to each person.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, our therapists take the time to understand each person's goals, challenges and everyday environment. We work alongside our clients, families, support networks and other health professionals to provide coordinated care that supports meaningful outcomes.
Our team works across a broad range of areas, including disability, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, paediatrics, older adults, persistent pain and complex conditions such as POTS, dysautonomia and hypermobility.Growing with our community.
As our team has grown, so has the way we provide care.
We now offer Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy from clinic locations across Adelaide, alongside our established home and community-based services.
While we've grown, our focus remains the same: providing accessible, evidence-based allied health care that helps people build capacity, maintain independence and participate in the things that matter to them.Behind My Community Physio
How We’ve Grown
My Community Physio began with a simple goal: to make high-quality physiotherapy more accessible within the community.
Since then, we’ve grown from a community physiotherapy service into a multidisciplinary allied health team, expanding to include My Community OT and a growing network of clinic locations across Adelaide.
Today, our physiotherapists and occupational therapists support children, adults and older people through clinic-based appointments, home visits, community-based care and telehealth.
While our team and services have grown, the reason we started remains at the heart of what we do — providing accessible, high-quality care that helps people participate more fully in everyday life.
