What does a Return to Work Appointment look like?

Your first Return to Work Physiotherapy appointment is designed to help us understand your injury, your recovery goals, and the physical requirements of your job.

During the assessment, your physiotherapist will discuss your injury history, current symptoms, work duties, and any challenges you are experiencing with daily activities or returning to work.

Your physiotherapist will also answer any questions you may have, provide education about your injury, and discuss the next steps in your treatment and return-to-work journey.
