I’m a physiotherapist with a background in exercise science and a passion for helping people move confidently and recover effectively. My clinical interests include musculoskeletal physiotherapy across all stages of life, post-operative rehabilitation, women’s health, and sporting injuries. I take an individualised approach to treatment, combining hands-on manual therapy with tailored exercise programs to optimise recovery, restore movement, and reduce pain.
